Neil Arnold, the founder and MD of The Arnold Property Group, brings over three decades of expertise in managing successful businesses and sales departments. His remarkable achievements in the IT hardware sales market led him to the position of North European Sales Director. Neil assisted numerous global brands in maximising their sales potential across Northern Europe.

With a shift towards the property industry, Neil is now dedicated to refining Burnett & Lee's pillars of Property Consultancy, encompassing sales, lettings, maintenance, development, finance and legal services just to name a few. Neil aims to establish Burnett & Lee as the industry's new gold standard by introducing new and innovative ideas that focus on a client-centric approach that ensures the right support throughout the entire buying and selling process.

As I reflect on my previous work - life balance and experiences, I realized that I was previously stuck in unfulfilling and demanding manufacturing roles, lacking passion and direction.
